Moving to San Antonio, we were all over the map in terms of price, where to settle, should it be a new or used home, what kind of deposit are we going to put down etc, etc. He helped guide us to solidify these questions and helped us find the new home of our dreams, in the area close to we’re our son and his family live and within the budget we could afford. Thank goodness he had the patience to work with us and all the sophisticated tools at his disposal to help us zero in on the home we chose. Brian is hands down the Best! I relocated to the area to be close to family, after the death of my husband. The condo he showed me was beyond perfect. Advertised as all furniture included, when negotiations were complete not only did I get the condo for a great price, (which rarely occurs in this hot market), he also got me ALL contents in the condo. The previous owner had it set up for a vacation rental, so kitchen was completely set up including awesome dishes & cooking utensils. That's not all, linens for bed & bath were included. He also surprised me by negotiating a full year home warranty. I plan on this being my forever home, however if this ever changes, the very first thing I will do is call Brian.
